BUSINESS GROWTH TRANSFER PROGRAMME

Providing support to the buying and selling parties in the negotiation and formalisation process of business transfers.

Barcelona Activa, in collaboration with the Catalan Business Transfer Centre, is setting up this programme, which aims to facilitate business growth processes through the acquisition of viable and functioning business activities, either by entrepreneurs or by companies.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

The programme provides support to the buying and selling parties in the negotiation and formalisation process of operation. In the case of entrepreneurs or companies that acquire the business, the programme also supports them in the six months following the acquisition of the business in order to implement a business growth plan.

For individuals transferring a business

If you have a company and you want to sell it on, an expert team will help you appraise your business and prepare the offer to sell it, as well as help you find potential buyers, negotiate and formalise the transfer of the business.

For entrepreneurs

If you are an entrepreneur interested in continuing with an existing business, an expert team will help you in the search for companies, the study and planning of the operation, the search for funding, the transfer of knowledge about the management of the business by the seller, and the formalisation of the transfer. There will also be assistance during the six months following the operation.
