BARCELONA ACTIVA COLLABORATION WITH BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AGENCIES PROGRAMME

Access to the services of the registered business administration agencies

The Barcelona Activa Collaboration with Business Administration Agencies Programme, promoted as part of a collaboration agreement between Barcelona Activa and the Association of Business Administration Managers of Catalonia (COGAC), aims to provide companies and self-employed people in Barcelona with access to quality services provided by COGAC-registered business administration agencies.

SERVICES

Companies will be able to access three different packages of services:

  1. Assistance with basic labour, tax and administrative obligations for small companies and self-employed individuals, which provides access to a package of services specifically designed and adapted for new companies and incorporations that need to define their administrative procedures.
  2. Support in second chance procedures for companies that need assistance facing difficulties in paying their creditors and in order to assist them in the process of liquidation and orderly winding down of their activity.
  3. Support in business landing processes, with specific services related to international investment, such as those related to the creation of subsidiaries or other aspects of taxation.

 

These services can be accessed through the “Request Service” form, selecting the option “Advice on business management and strategy.”
