The Second Chance Act. The law that cancels your debts (families, natural persons and self-employed individuals).
The training is aimed at active self-employed people.
The Second Chance Act is a legal procedure that allows you to overcome a bankruptcy. It grants individuals the right to make a fresh start. This right was previously exclusive to companies.
We will learn about the procedure, the eligibility requirements, the necessary documentation, the follow-up and the cancellation of the debts. We believe that this training could ultimately close the whole Barcelona Activa entrepreneurship training series.
This institution provides tools to start a project from scratch, to take over a business (business transfer), to set up a business (self-employed individuals or commercial companies), and to consolidate and grow the business.
