COMPANY INCORPORATION SERVICE

Support during all the phases and procedures necessary for the incorporation of a commercial company and the startup of business activity.

Setting up a company can become a complicated, time-consuming process, full of complex administrative concepts. At the Business Support Office, we will be at your side to make this first step easier so that you only have to worry about moving your business forward.

DETAILS OF THE SERVICE

Through the OAE Company Incorporation Service, you can access information, advice and online procedures to:

incorporate your commercial company (limited company)
register as self-employed (sole trader)
deregister as self-employed (sole trader)
dissolve a commercial company (limited company)

Since 2008, the Ministry of Industry and Tourism has accredited us as a Business Information Point (Punt d’Atenció a l’Emprenedoria), and we have provided support to nearly 8,500 companies.

Requirements

To access the Company incorporation service, you must first attend one of the following preparatory activities, depending on the type of company you wish to set up.
