CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The number of places available for attending activities is limited and prior registration is always necessary.
Always check the website for the date, time and venue of the activity you have registered for and review the “More information?” section of the activity to find out if you need any requirements or specific tools to participate.
The activities are given in Catalan, except in specific cases and unless the majority of the attendees request for it to be given in Spanish.

DOCUMENTATION

When you come to the activity it is essential that you bring your original and valid Spanish National Identity Card (DNI) or Foreign Residence Identity Card (NIE).
If you bring the EU Citizenship Registration Certificate (NIE on paper), you must also attach the country of origin’s passport or valid ID document.
If you have an expired non-EU NIE, you must also provide the police renewal certificate in order to participate in the activity.

ATTENDANCE MONITORING

Activities with more than one session require compulsory attendance of the first session in order to participate in subsequent sessions.
It is mandatory to sign the attendance sheet at the reception of the venue where the activity is held before entering.
To ensure effectiveness and training quality, the activities begin on time. You will not be able to access the training rooms 15 minutes after the start time.

DEREGISTERING FROM ACTIVITIES

If after enrolling you are unable to attend the activity, you will be required to deregister in order to allow another person to take advantage of the available space. You can deregister by accessing via the web the Personal Area in the queries section of Activities History.
You can deregister from an activity up to twelve hours before the start time. In the case of paid-for activities, you must deregister 48 hours before the start time at the latest.
If you do not attend or deregister from an activity, a note evidencing your non-attendance of the activity will be included on your file.
In the case of paid-for activities, the amount of the course will not be refunded to persons who do not attend or do not deregister within the stipulated deadlines.
If you do not attend an activity or you deregister by the stipulated deadline, the system will not allow you to make another registration for 30 days following the activity’s date.
