With this service, we will assist you throughout the entire process, from identifying vacancies to finding talent (candidates in the Barcelona Activa database and other recruitment sources), pre-selection and sending candidates.
The Service offers this support for both job positions and internships:

- Support in attracting and retaining talent
- Information on recruitment
- Information on remuneration policies
- Information and administration of recruitment subsidies
- Subsidies for groups with particular placement difficulties.
- Programmes to promote recruitment developed in collaboration with the SOC (Catalan Unemployment Office).
- Support for internships
Support for internships
- “Posa Talent”: Service aimed at incorporating students from universities, business schools and training centres through internships. Companies are also able to benefit from the talent of students with international experience who are studying MBAs, post-graduate degrees and specific courses at different universities and specialised schools in Barcelona.
Dual Vocational Training: Participate in a collaborative model between your company and a vocational training institute to incorporate students from vocational training courses as employees, based on an agreement concerning their learning process.
In addition, the intermediation and job counselling actions are optimised thanks to a sector-based specialisation, and this facilitates the recruitment of personnel through Barcelona Activa’s employment programmes.
