Financial strategies I. Economic viability (Social Economy)

Are you promoting a Social and Solidarity Economy company that is already operating and you want to take the economic and financial management of your project to the next level? This training is to delve into the economic viability and analyze it with the income statement. It will explore how to optimize the account, analyze margins and profitability by line of business, implement advanced segmentations and work with real cases and specific challenges for better strategic decision-making.

Aimed at social  economy companies that want to improve their economic and financial management.

 The importance of economic viability for cooperatives

· Income statement for annual and operating accounts of cooperatives.

· How to prepare the income statement step by step focusing on real cases.

· Gross margin, EBITDA, BAII, BAI: calculation and interpretation.

· Disaggregation by line of activity or business in cooperatives.

· Segmentation of structure costs by line in cooperatives.

· Interpretation of results for better strategic decision-making.

· Analysis of specific challenges and real cases in the financial management of cooperatives.

· Learn how to use a profit and loss tool with a hands-on approach.
