Show the different ways of numerically setting the amount of phantom shares or stock options assigned to an employee.
Current or future entrepreneurs who would like to establish talent attraction and retention mechanisms based on the award of *phantom *share or stock option plans.
Within the phantom share and stock option programmes used by companies to attract and retain talent, one of the key points to determine is the number of rights granted to the beneficiaries of these plans. This training session aims to analyse some of these methods numerically.
