It is necessary to look at the customer or potential customers in order to know who they are, their needs, their habits, what worries them and what their real problems are in order to provide them with solutions.
Duration:
Single-session programme: 1 session de 3 hours
Aimed at:

Entrepreneurs, businesspeople, self-employed people or technical profiles who are interested in learning how to define or redefine their value proposition.

Content

In this workshop we will present a methodology that will help you rethink your value proposition. Each participant will apply it to their business model, new projects, etc., in order to learn in the workshop itself and start working on it.

First of all, we will have you define your current products or services, as well as your current types of customers and the ones you are targeting.

We will then plan for the future in order to identify other possible clients or to detect the future needs of current clients in order to rethink the products, services or experiences they will value. Finally, we'll guide you on how to validate the defined value proposition with the market.
