Entrepreneurs who want to buy a business through Barcelona Activa
In this session, entrepreneurs who want to acquire a company that is already up and running with assistance from Barcelona Activa will learn about the variables that must be taken into account when assessing this form of entrepreneurship.
The Reempresa - Reemprenedor service takes the form of coaching for entrepreneurs, natural persons or companies, and includes the following characteristics:
- Support for the implementation of the acquisition project
- Research on the business to be acquired
- Business diagnosis of the company to be purchased
- Financial assessment
- Drawing up the letter of intent
- Assistance and support in the search for funding
- Financial, legal, corporate and tax optimisation of the company to be acquired
- Assistance in the transfer process until the company is stabilised
The information collected from each entrepreneur will be made up of economic and financial data, professional experience and other indicators that will facilitate the analysis of their environment and guarantee a successful takeover of the company.

IMPORTANT: This activity is carried out in two different formats: an in-person session or a virtual session. Go to the calendar on the website to check the format of each session.
Virtual session: the virtual sessions of this activity are offered via streaming using the free Microsoft Teams platform. Registered participants will receive the link by e-mail with the invitation and login instructions before the start of the session.
For Virtual Classroom activities, anyone who has logged into the space within the first 30 minutes of the training will be considered to have "attended". Those joining later will be considered to have "not attended" the training, and the corresponding certificate will not be issued.
In-person session: information about the place where the in-person session will take place, i.e., the address and the classroom, can be found on the website.
With in-person activities, registered participants must sign the attendance form at the reception desk of the corresponding facility in order to demonstrate their attendance.
