Design your company's Equality Plan

In this training we will learn about the measures and regulatory framework of the Equality Plans in order to know how it is done and the steps to follow to have and apply an Equality Plan. We will delve into the objective, the areas of action, the phases and structure of the process of building an Equality Plan for companies and entities that are doing so for the first time. Finally, we will learn about the functions and powers of the equality committee and the negotiating committee.

People responsible for equality issues and/or human resources of companies or entities that draw up

the Equality Plan for the first time. This training extends the online course: The Equality Plan in Companies.

Specific goals | Temary

General objectives of activity:
To emphasize the importance of incorporating gender mainstreaming in order to actively work for real and effective equality between men and women in the workplace.

Specific objectives of the activity:
- Analyze previous concepts.
- Discover the importance of not maintaining gender blindness.
- Recognize the importance of incorporating the gender perspective in order to actively work for real and effective equality between men and women.
- Know how it is done and the steps to follow to have and apply an Equality Plan.

Syllabus:
- We share the same dictionary: previous concepts.
- What are we talking about when we talk about gender? And sex? And about equality?
- Real equality and formal equality.
- The sexual division of work and life: What must happen to achieve real equality between men and women in the workplace?
- The Equality Plans: objective, regulatory framework and areas of action according to the 2019/2020 Decrees.
- Create an Equality Plan: the Equality Commission, definition and functions, phases of the process, lines of application of equality measures in companies and examples of action plans.
