Do you want to know the competencies and responsibilities of each of the Agile roles? If you work in an agile organization or would like to manage the team and projects under the philosophy of agile you will have to master these three facilitating roles. In this training you will learn how to add value to the product or service and guide your team to obtain successful results and maximize the value delivered to customers.
