DiesInnoBA #2. Talent recruitment tools. Digital platforms in a sustainable labour market (ONLINE COURSE)
The change in the work-life paradigm, generational changes and organizational models mean that companies and entities face challenges to attract and retain talent and, specifically, for ESS companies, this is one of the main challenges. Increasingly, organizations must establish strategies that put the needs of working people at the center, rethink selection processes to attract certain profiles and implement innovative tools and strategies.
This conversation presents three talent recruitment platforms developed by organizations of the Social and Solidarity Economy: Up me up! (Facto Cooperativa), POTS (Taula d'Entitats del Tercer Sector Social de Catalunya) and IntermediaJOB (Fundació Intermedia).
Representatives of the three initiatives participate: Roger Civit (director of the Taula d'Entitats del Tercer Sector Social de Catalunya), Júlia Gràcia (responsible for marketing Facto Cooperativa) and Daniel Nuñeez (director of the Business and Digital Business Area of the Fundació Intermedia).
