DiesInnoBA #2. Career Opportunities in Social Economy (ONLINE COURSE)
The change in the work-life paradigm, generational changes and organizational models mean that companies and entities face challenges to attract and retain talent and, specifically, for ESS companies, this is one of the main challenges. Increasingly, organizations must establish strategies that put the needs of working people at the center, rethink selection processes to attract certain profiles and implement innovative tools and strategies.
The round table, which was arranged by the Employment Working Group of the SSE Strategy 2030 and Barcelona Activa, showcased various platforms for attracting talent and a range of tools for job search, including Up Me Up, the Torre Jussana bulletin board, Intermedia Jobs, and the flexible remuneration alternative of Tandem Go.
Marta Dalmau Roig from Tandem Go, Nura Farré from Torre Jussana, Joan Martnez from Facto, Beth Moreno from Intermedia, and Mar Vallecillos, head of Barcelona Activa, participated on behalf of these organizations.
This activity is a component of the #DiesInnoBA program and took place at the Saló de la Ocupació.
