EI4. In Search of Impact Investing: Investment Round Simulation with Experts
It's time to put it on stage. In this final session, each project will present its dossier as if it were in an investment round in front of a panel of experts and investors. We will work on communication, clarity, safety and impact storytelling. You will receive direct feedback that will help you refine your proposal even more. A unique opportunity to train in real conditions. This session is part of a complete itinerary. It will be necessary to have attended the previous session and to have the dossier prepared to participate in the activity.
This training will help participants to rehearse the presentation of the investment dossiers and the discourse to investors. There will be the participation of experts who will give their feedback and assessment to all participants, who will learn both from the individual feedback and from the rest of the exhibitions and feedback.
SSE and impact economy companies with financing needs or interest in impact investments, but lacking specific and specialised knowledge. The activity is designed for small, medium or large organizations. Participation in previous
sessions is required
General objectives
1. Simulate an investment round in a safe and trustworthy environment.
2. Generate collective learning from listening to the presentations of other projects.
Specific objectives
1. Train communication skills and presentation of the project to potential investors.
2. Receive constructive feedback to improve the story, clarity and argumentation of the dossier and oral presentation.
3. Evaluate the degree of preparation of the project to go out and look for funding
