How do we distribute value? Remuneration dimensions for Social and Impact Economy companies and entities
How can we build remuneration policies that are fair, sustainable and attractive at the same time? Through real cases and conversations between companies and entities, we will explore how to move towards more transparent, coherent and transformative remuneration models. With real examples of different remuneration models, this activity aims to broaden the range of options and contrast the benefits and challenges of each of the models with other experiences. Remuneration policies are a key tool in the management of any company. Remuneration aspects encompass aspects that go beyond salary, such as competitiveness, strategic orientation, internal equity and variable or non-monetary incentives and rewards, among others. At the same time, it is an area that worries many organizations and companies, which have difficulty offering competitive salaries for certain profiles and building talent loyalty.
This activity aims to open a space to share experiences, dilemmas and learnings on how organizations can balance internal justice, sustainability and competitiveness, and move towards clearer, more efficient remuneration models that are consistent with their social mission.
