The other side of equality in the company: Co-responsibility and work-life balance for men

Why do men spend half the time as women on household chores and only ask for 6.6% of leave of absence for family care? And what can companies do to transform the cultural and organizational dynamics that contribute to these inequalities? This training helps to find answers and offers specific tools for companies to make the co-responsibility and conciliation of men an egalitarian and sustainable practice.

Co-responsibility in care tasks and the reconciliation of personal, family and work life continues to be a pending challenge in Spanish companies. Despite regulatory advances, the data show a clear inequality between men and women in the distribution of family time and responsibilities.

The training responds to the need to transform these cultural and organisational dynamics, offering specific tools for men to take active co-responsibility, and for companies to make work-life balance an egalitarian and sustainable
