Entrepreneurship on the move: learning, adapting and enjoying change

Entrepreneurship in the field of Social and Impact Economy takes place in a VUCA environment (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous), where constant changes are the norm. In order to move forward and consolidate a project, it is necessary to cultivate an open and flexible attitude, learn to live with uncertainty and take advantage of it as a driver of innovation. This training proposes a practical path to recognize one's own way of learning and try strategies that allow you to maintain the balance between challenges and skills to accompany entrepreneurs to sail with more confidence and to move forward at cruising pace
