DiesInnoBA #2. How do we retain talent? Exchange of experiences (ONLINE COURSE)

The change in the work-life paradigm, generational changes and organizational models mean that companies and entities face challenges to attract and retain talent and, specifically, for ESS companies, this is one of the main challenges. Increasingly, organizations must establish strategies that put the needs of working people at the center, rethink selection processes to attract certain profiles and implement innovative tools and strategies.

Specific goals | Temary

In this session, three organizations that promote innovative labour policies that seek to retain talent through the organizational model, the culture of innovation and the promotion of professional development or the improvement of the remuneration of working people are discussed.

The speakers are Mercè Botella (founder and coordinator of Som Connexió), Marta Dalmau (member and project manager of Tandem Go), Bàrbara Outeiro (responsible Open Innovation Suara) and Judit Miret (psychologist and coach).
