A session designed for entrepreneurs, investors and managers who want to understand how to position themselves in the face of this new wave, beyond the noise.
During the session we will address the differences between vertical and horizontal AI models, their real use cases, the impact on the creation of startups, barriers to entry, technological and competitive risks, and how early stage investors are assessing it today.
Oriol Juncosa is founding partner of Plus Partners VC, a new generation fund focused on pre-seed and seed, and managing partner and co-founder of ESC Venture Capital. He has been CFO and initial employee of Carto (a SaaS start-up that secured $100m in funding from US funds such as Accel and Insight), chief investment officer at Nauta Capital and investor and advisor in multiple high-growth startups, including Holded and Cobee, two of the most relevant exits in Spanish SaaS in recent years. With training at ESADE, London Business School and Stanford, he combines financial vision, operational experience and investment criteria.

Virtual session: the virtual sessions of this activity are delivered in streaming through the free Microsoft Teams platform. Registered people will receive the link by email with the invitation and access instructions before the start of the session.
