Tools and strategies for shared and participatory decision-making.

Do you want to improve the way decisions are made in your bank? This training capsule offers you tools and reflections to do so in a more participatory, inclusive and effective way. We will work on both the structure and the relational dimension of decision-making, addressing leadership, conflicts and informal power.

Aimed at professionals, team leaders and entrepreneurs interested in improving the internal decision-making processes in their organizations. No specific prior knowledge is required, but an interest in collective management, participation and teamwork is required.

Specific goals | Temary

Syllabus : 


- Decision-making: the context, the type of decisions and the impact of the decisions made.

- Organizational structure and collective decision-making: application of the principles of autonomy and self-management to organizational decision-making.

- Conditions to facilitate collective decision-making: frameworks of shared meaning, generation and distribution of knowledge and use of participatory methodologies.

- The relational dimension in decision-making: attention to conflict and diversity, leadership roles and informal power dynamics in the organization.
