Activate your team: Transformative leadership to build trust and impact
Do you want to activate your team's potential and overcome blockages that slow down its development? This training will help you identify common dysfunctions, understand the systemic functioning of teams and apply practical leadership models to build cohesive, committed and psychologically safe teams.
New training in leadership and democratic management
Aimed at professionals, team leaders, HR managers, and entrepreneurs interested in building teams that work for their professional project. No specific prior knowledge is required, but an interest in collective management, participation and teamwork is required.
Specific objectives
¿ To present some models of team development that allow the identification of the state of relational health of the team and to point out guidelines for its improvement.
¿ To offer leadership resources in order to promote the good development of teams.
¿ Generate a space to share concerns and knowledge among participants.
Syllabus
¿ Systemic or relational intelligence: a new look at teams and organizations.
¿ Equipment dysfunctions based on Lencioni's model.
¿ Sikkhona model of team development.
¿ Psychological safety in the teams.
¿ Use of Sikkhona cards.
