Organizations that evolve: Organizational models based on autonomy and self-management

In this training we will learn about new organizational models of companies and organizations based on the principles of autonomy and self-management. New innovative, dynamic and decentralized organizational forms; with greater capacity to adapt to changes and greater flexibility to survive in complex environments. At the same time, they are based on the values of participation, co-responsibility and the well-being of people

Aimed at people and organizations interested in building more fluid, dynamic and humane organizations. No specific prior knowledge is required, but there is an interest in collective business management, participation and organisational innovation.

1. Importance of internal organization in the development potential of companies
2. Know new organisational forms that make business effectiveness and values
compatible 3. To offer examples and participatory methodologies, to land the conceptual expositions to the realities of the different participating organizations
