BREAKFAST INNOVA: FIND OUT ABOUT THE CO-FINANCING LINES TO BOOST THE GROWTH OF YOUR PROJECT

The conference will provide an in-depth understanding of the Innova Lines, public-private collaboration instruments that are channelled through participatory loans and/or capital inputs, and which aim to promote business initiatives with high growth potential in Catalonia.

Breakfast session aimed at companies that develop projects of an innovative nature, in a growth phase and with an international vocation, that already have recurring sales or a consolidated customer portfolio.

Specific goals | Temary

The session will be led by:
Natàlia Clua Vives, Director of Projects and Innovation at AVANÇSA, economist with more than ten years of experience in the Public Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Specialized in budget management, subsidies and public procurement, she currently promotes and accompanies public-private financing and business innovationprojects, providing a strategic and practical vision on access to capital.
Isaac Tomàs Ranz, technician at AVANÇSA, specialized in financial analysis. It participates in the evaluation, structuring and monitoring of co-investment processes, helping to ensure the financial soundness of the projects and their fit with the investment criteria of the Innova Lines.

Objectives of the session
-To present the Innova co-financing lines and their operation.
- Explain the investment criteria and requirements for access to financing.
-To publicize the different lines in force according to sector.
-Detail the characteristics of convertible participatory loans.
-To guide companies on the process and the necessary documentation.
