The Business Support Office (OAE) was created as the go-to place for Barcelona companies and SMEs. It is the point of contact, information and advisory services for the development and competiveness of organisations.

Promoted by the Barcelona City Council through Barcelona Activa, the OAE seeks to support and improve the city's economy and business fabric. It concentrates in a single location all the value added services a company needs to grow and provides an expert team to help organisations meet their needs in a comprehensive manner.

Through the OAE we would like to accompany you and advise you on every strategic area for the management and growth of your business.

 

Personalised advisory services

Because we realise that each project is different, request a meeting with our technical team for personalised advice on: company incorporation, business financing, employee searches, international expansion, transfers of businesses, business growth, location and launches, as well as information on municipal procedures.

 

Management of city council procedures

We offer you information, support and help in managing City Council procedures (licences and taxes) or in relation to any other OAE services (company incorporation, autonomous community certificates and legalisation of corporate documents or digital certificates).

 

Business programmes

We organise initiatives and activities for Barcelona companies and professionals to improve areas related to growth, rightsizing and sales.

 

Training

We provide a broad catalogue of training activities that will help you to improve your company's chances of success in the various business areas.

 

Events

Investment forums, networking days, marketplaces and industry meetings organised by the OAE or in cooperation with other entities, where you will be able to promote your company and make strategic contacts. The events are organised in the OAE's Barcelona Space that you will also be able to use to welcome visitors, have meetings or make corporate presentations to incorporate the values of the Barcelona brand into your company.
