o Immediate COI Notice
o Deferred COD Notice
o License

- Previous binding reports:
o Heritage Report
o Fire Department Report
o Previous report on uses, activity or urban compatibility

- Activity permit:

Explanation of the difference with the previous activity standard and when a check with a collaborating entity is necessary.

In general:

- Chronological order of all the items mentioned above
- Legal and real deadlines
- Study of the division of the city into Districts and the sectoral regulations that each district has, which may limit the implementation of a new activity
- Assess whether any new regulations may prevent the implementation of a new activity, beyond urban planning aspects, for example the new Decree 209/2023.
