Tenders 7: Preparation of projects for public tenders
Last session of the Training Itinerary on Public Procurement, in which we will review what are the necessary preliminary steps before participating in a tender and what tools we can have in order to design and draft a project. The Training Itinerary on Public Procurement is made up of 7 activities that can be carried out independently, although we recommend the entire itinerary for those who need a comprehensive vision.

To know the ordinary operation of tenders
To be trained to develop strategies for improving propositions

Develop skills to design, draft, and structure bidding projects effectively.
Specific objectives of the activity:
Identify preparatory actions before bidding, including the analysis of requirements and documentation.
Master the key parts of a project, with special emphasis on design, content and writing.
Use appropriate tools for the landing of the challenge and the clear formulation of the project.
Incorporate transversal elements, such as sustainability, equality or innovation, in the design of the project.
Develop practical strategies for landing a tender.

Format: Virtual: This activity will be taught virtually in streaming through the free Microsoft Teams platform. Registered people will receive by email the link to the invitation and access instructions before the start of the session.
