Governance with purpose: shared leadership to transform organizations

How do we organise, decide and take care of ourselves within our organisations? This training offers practical tools to strengthen democratic governance in collaborative environments. Through experiential dynamics, we will work on the visible structure and invisible culture of organizations, the facilitation of collective spaces and shared decision-making. A proposal designed for companies that want to make an impact economy based on co-responsibility, transparency and horizontal leadership.

Training aimed at entities or self-employed people, organizations or entities that want to deepen their leadership and internal democracy.

To enhance key transversal competences for professional development and effective leadership within organisations through training

¿ To promote shared and democratic leadership, typical of horizontal organisations.
¿ Strengthen collective decision-making and skills for active participation.
¿ Develop managerial skills aligned with the collaborative values: equity, transparency and co-responsibility.

Syllabus
. Session 1. How do we govern ourselves? The visible sphere (organizational structure) and the invisible sphere
· Session 2. The facilitation of collective workspaces.
