Evaluate your company's Equality Plan
How do we evaluate and update our Equality Plan? Despite having an Equality Plan in the entity, it is necessary to carry out periodic evaluations in order to adapt to possible changes in the Law, as well as to the needs and realities of our company or entity. In this training we will delve into the process for evaluating the Equality Plan, as well as the tools to do so.
People responsible for equality issues or human resources of companies or entities that already have an Equality Plan drawn up.
IMPORTANT: This activity will be taught virtually in streaming through the free Microsoft Teams platform. Registered people will receive by email the link to the invitation and access instructions before the start of the session.

- How do we evaluate and update our Equality Plan?
- What indicators have we defined to assess the degree of progress of our Equality Plan?
- Have gender gaps decreased or not?
- What tools do we use to evaluate?
- Evaluation of the Equality Plan.
Objectives and purpose
- Persons and bodies involved.
- Development of actions: evaluation of results, process and impact.
- Drafting of the evaluation report.
- New diagnosis and future equality plan.
The activity will be carried out in the language indicated for each session.
