EI 3. Dossier with purpose: explain your impact and convince investors!
Do you want your project to speak the language of investors without losing its transformative essence? In this practical session you will learn how to build an investment dossier that combines economic strength and impact storytelling. We will accompany you in defining the theory of change, structuring the executive summary and presenting your project clearly and authentically.
This training will help participants to know how to prepare an investment dossier and be better able to go to impact investors to present their project. The training is based on practical content and work on the project itself.
Aimed at companies in the SSE and impact economy with financing needs or interest in impact investments, but lacking specific and specialized knowledge. The activity is designed for small, medium or large organizations. Participation in the previous session is valued
This activity consists of two sessions:
1st session: Theoretical and practical training for the preparation of the dossier
2nd session : Advice for the preparation of the dossier
General objectives:
1. Understand the basic structure of an impact investment dossier.
2. Advance in the preparation of the dossier itself with personalized support and feedback.
Specific objectives :
1. Work on the key sections of the impact dossier in a practical way.
2. Learn how to translate the business model and social mission into an understandable and attractive story for investors.
3. Identify good practices and common mistakes in the writing and design of these dossiers
