Emotional management is one of the most demanded skills in today's professional environments, especially in sectors linked to the Social and Impact Economy, where collaboration and the sustainability of people's well-being are key. This training responds to the need to provide professionals and entrepreneurs with practical tools to face situations of stress, conflict or uncertainty, transforming emotions into allies for personal and collective development

To recognise and understand the role of emotions in the workplace.
- Develop adaptive emotion management strategies.
- Promote positive and sustainable energy sources.
- Apply practical techniques to transform conflict situations

¿ Micro-well-being dynamics and magical moments
¿ Exercises to re-focus and generate new perspectives.
¿ The hidden message of emotions: how to interpret it.
¿ Adaptive and maladaptive management: how to act in the face of each emotion.
¿ Emotional scanner: identification and classification of emotions.
