COHESION AND TEAMWORK: BUILDING TRUST AND ENHANCING COLLECTIVE TALENT COLLECTIVE

Projects depend on people's ability to work together with a common purpose. Often, however, the diversity of styles and expectations can lead to disconnection, misunderstanding, and even conflict. This activity offers practical tools to build cohesion, establish shared agreements and strengthen collaboration. It will be carried out from a participatory approach, which combines reflection and experiential dynamics to transfer learning directly to the reality of the teams
