How to process electronically : limited companies

The main objective of the training is to know what the procedure is to incorporate the company, as well as the documents necessary for the incorporation. In addition, to know the tax and labor obligations that will arise from the incorporation of a limited company

Entrepreneurs who have decided to set up a limited company electronically through Barcelona Activa.

The company incorporation service allows you to set up commercial companies electronically in an average period of 4-7 days for SLs, to set up private civil companies and to register as an individual entrepreneur immediately


In order to access this service, the entrepreneur must have attended one of the two training capsules "How to process electronically with Barcelona Activa", either the one aimed at setting up a commercial company or the one aimed at individual entrepreneurs (self-employed people).

General information

Virtual session
The virtual sessions of this activity are taught in streaming through the Zoom platform.
Between one and two hours before the start of the session, the link to access the activity will be enabled in your Personal space.
It is important to access with the Name and Surname in order to facilitate the correct identification of the participants.

Face-to-face session
Information on the location of the face-to-face session (address and classroom) can be found on the website.
In the activities in face-to-face format, registered people must prove their attendance by signing the attendance sheet that they will find at the reception of the corresponding equipment, or by registering with their number. NIF/NIE through a link that will be provided to you.
