EI 2. Tools to measure and evaluate the social impact of your company
Would you like to know how to evaluate your project in order to increase its social impact? With this training you will learn the essential concepts of impact assessment, its mechanisms and the main indicators involved in its design. However, the notion of Theory of Change will be introduced and the technique necessary to apply step by step the methodology that best suits your organization.
This activity is especially focused on those people and/or companies, regardless of their legal form, who want to be trained in impact economics, and especially in the concept of strategy and the strategic plan as a key tool. No prior
knowledge is required
General objectives of the activity:
- Acquire the basics of impact evaluation and the Theory of Change
- Learn how to design an impact evaluation step by step through the main techniques and indicators.
Specific objectives of the activity:
- Know what it is and how to integrate the Theory of Change into a project
- Learn the key concepts: social needs, social impact, types of impact and types of evaluations.
- Learn how to design mechanisms and indicators to assess the impact of the organization itself.
