Legal alternatives for companies with an impact

Do you have a transformative project and you are not clear about the business formula you should adopt? Do you want to know what are the tax, legal and financial advantages of the different options such as the SL, SLL or SCCL? In this training we will analyze the pros and cons of the different legal forms available to companies with impact, dismantling the most common myths and stereotypes to offer a broader vision of viable alternatives. Through explanations and practical examples, we will help you break with the established inertias

NEW TRAINING

This activity is especially focused on those entrepreneurs with individual or collective projects either in the initial phase (and who are therefore thinking about which legal form best fits their impact project) or in the consolidation phase, and who may therefore be rethinking their organizational model.

OBJECTIVES:

1. Understand the advantages and disadvantages between the different legal forms available
2. Dismantling myths and stereotypes about Social and Solidarity Economy models
3. Acquire objective tools to evaluate and choose the most appropriate legal model for each project with purpose
4. Know good practices when running an impactful company

CONTENTS:

- Welcome, agenda and expectations.
- Introduction and main differences between SL, SCCL and SLL.
- Review of myths and stereotypes. Recommendations for making a decision on the most appropriate legal form for the project.
