Organizations that evolve: Organizational models based on autonomy and self-management
In this training we will learn about new organizational models of companies and organizations based on the principles of autonomy and self-management. New innovative, dynamic and decentralized organizational forms; with greater capacity to adapt to changes and more flexibility to survive in complex environments. At the same time, they are based on the values of participation, co-responsibility and the well-being of people
Aimed at people and organizations interested in building more fluid, dynamic and humane organizations. No specific prior knowledge is required, but there is an interest in collective business management, participation and organisational innovation.
New training in leadership and democratic
management
Discover how new organizational models based on autonomy and self-management can contribute to improving the effectiveness and collective well-being of organizations
Specific objectives of the activity:
1. Importance of the internal organization in the development potential of companies
2. To learn about new organisational forms that make business effectiveness and values compatible
3. To offer examples and participatory methodologies, to land the conceptual expositions to the realities of the different participating organizations
Syllabus
Block 1: Importance of organizational structures in the development of companies
Block 2: Limitations of traditional organizational and management models in a VUCA context
Block 3: New organisational models based on autonomy and self-management: description and main characteristics
The activity will be carried out in the language indicated for each session.
