How to lead without losing purpose? Management challenges in Social and Impact Economy companies

How to lead a company with values in the current context without losing purpose? In this new #DiesInnoBA session we will share reflections, experiences and learnings from leading people in the Social and Impact Economy on leadership, replacement, governance and organisational transformation. We will also take the opportunity to present some details of the first edition of Barcelona Activa's Leadership and Management for the Social and Impact Economy programme.

This session includes an inspiring talk by Neus Andreu, author of the book Liderar al límit, and a conversation with Neus, Andrea Balletbo (Tandem Social), Guernica Facundo (ECOS Group) and Jordi Valls (Sínere), moderated by Álvaro Porro, Director of Social and Impact Economy at Barcelona Activa.

Activity aimed at people with responsibilities for directing, managing, coordinating or governing Social and Impact Economy organisations, as well as professionals with leadership potential who want to face the challenges of growth, generational change, decision-making and transformation of their organisations with more tools.
