Regardless of the size of your company, its legal form (S.L., S.A., cooperative, etc.) and the sector in which you operate, all organisations must adopt measures aimed at avoiding any type of discrimination in the workplace between men and women. Similarly, better time management enhances productivity and generates a climate of trust, benefiting both the company and the people who work there.
Through this service, the participating companies and entities will receive a support service consisting of a maximum of five hours of assistance from technical staff who are municipal experts in the field. You will also be able to access a range of free resources through the Business Advice Office.

- Equality measures
- Protocols against sexual harassment, on the basis of sex and sexual diversity
- Reconciliation and shared-responsibility measures
- Measures for a healthier, more egalitarian and efficient organisation of time
Ongoing face-to-face training: in addition to the personalised advice, Barcelona Activa provides companies with different training activities in accordance with the areas of work mentioned above with the aim of improving their knowledge of the related subjects and providing companies with the means to introduce equality measures in their business management and organisation.
