Tools to incorporate the gender perspective from feminism in companies

What tools do we have to incorporate the gender perspective into our organisations? In this workshop we will learn about self-diagnosis instruments and tools that help to affirm the emancipatory and feminist potential in organizations based on the following axes: hegemonic values; conflicts, relationships and emotions; participation and democracy; organization of work and tasks; conciliation, co-responsibility and organization of time; and discrimination.

Objectives:

- To know instruments and tools for self-diagnosis that help to affirm the emancipatory and feminist potential in organizations

- To work on the axes: hegemonic values; conflicts, relationships and emotions; participation and democracy; organization of work and tasks; conciliation, co-responsibility and organization of time; and discrimination, workplace harassment and sexual harassment and harassment based on sex.

Contents:

- The gender perspective
- What are the key points for incorporating the gender perspective into organisations,
collectives and organizations?
- How to distinguish an entity with a gender perspective?
- What do we mean when we talk about care?
- Relationship between the ethics of care and the gender perspective
- Care and organizational questioning
- How do we make care visible?
- Some self-diagnosis tools regarding the gender perspective and care ethics.
