DIES INNOBA #3 THE LEAP OF SCALE: HOW WE DO IT?
Has your cooperative or SSE company grown recently? Are you thinking about a leap in scale and you do not know where to start? DiesInnoBA presents a new cycle of activities aimed at exchanging knowledge, sharing inspiring experiences and providing tools for those organizations that are facing the challenge of scaling up.
#3. ConversESS 1: Learning to make a leap of scale step by step..
Álvaro Porro, director of Social Economy and Cooperatives Direction of Barcelona Activa and seven SSE companies and cooperatives discuss the different keys and specific challenges of the leap of scale to the SSE in order to share and contrast experiences and draw lessons learned collectively. The format of the activity is divided into two conversations:
The first block consists of a conversation between companies that are in a moment of leap of scale with the aim of sharing and offering a plural look at the different challenges inside the SSE, featuring the participation of: Eulàlia Tubau, coordinator of Sostre Cívic; Jordi Riera, partner and member of the Governing Council of Sepra; Neus Andreu, general innovation coordinator of Fil a l'agulla; and Laura Arau, partner of KULT and coordinator of CulturaCoop.
The second block is a conversation between SSE companies that have previously made different leaps of scale to share success strategies and learnings from their trajectories, with the participation of: Sònia Moragrega, director of Intermedia; Marvillas Rojo, president of Abacus; and, Víctor Carreño, co-general coordinator of Som Energia.
