- Level 1: Start-ups and micro-enterprises
Who is this for? Newly created organisations or micro-enterprises with fewer than 3 full-time employees, or annual turnover below €150,000, that currently rely on manual or paper-based processes.
Focus: Basic digitalisation, such as shared cloud storage, email with a custom domain, structured financial management and a simple website.
- Level 2: Developing organisations
Who is this for? Small organisations with fewer than 10 employees, or annual turnover below €650,000, that use separate systems and want to reduce duplicated work.
Focus: Operational efficiency and better-connected tools, including CRM systems, project management methods and invoice automation. - Level 3: Established organisations
Who is this for? Larger or more established organisations, including those operating for more than 10 years or with annual turnover above €650,000, that want to streamline and connect their processes.
Focus: Integration, data and resilience, including modular ERP systems, business intelligence, automation and cybesecurity measures.
