WHAT IS IT?
CRASH COURSE FOR SMEs: Strategic and applied training for CEOs, general management, and sales managers of SMEs who want to structure and execute an effective sales plan. Using a practical methodology and leveraging Artificial Intelligence for decision-making, this program provides tools to design and implement scalable, results-oriented sales strategies.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
Creation of a realistic and applicable sales plan for each participating company.
Integration of AI and digital tools to optimize commercial decision-making and execution.
Development of scalable strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Individualized consulting to ensure the implementation of the strategic sales plan.
During the training and consultation sessions, each company's specific case will be discussed in a practical manner. AI tools will be used to optimize various aspects of Sales Planning. Therefore, a laptop will be required during the sessions so that each company can work on its specific case.
DATES AND STRUCTURE
1st edition: April-June 2025
2nd edition: Last quarter of 2025 (dates to be confirmed)
3rd and 4th editions: 2026
5 in-person group training sessions.
4 individual consulting sessions to adjust the sales plan, implement management tools, evaluate, and propose strategic changes.
