BARCELONA MENTORING PROGRAMME

Support programme for business people by managers and executives who are leaders in their sector and have a recognised track record.

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?

The Barcelona Mentoring Programme is promoted by Barcelona City Council, through Barcelona Activa, and aims to provide advice to a small, selected group of companies and startups by managers and executives who are leaders in their sector and have a recognised track record, following the methodology of the MIT Venture Mentoring Service.

Throughout the programme, which lasts eight months, six meetings will be held where each entrepreneur will meet with three mentors to exchange concerns and challenges in strategic areas such as sales, internationalisation, internal organisation, etc.

The aim of the programme is to increase and strengthen the business sector and foster the acceleration of new companies in the city that will create new jobs.

+235 companies and more than 100 mentors have participated in the ten previous editions.
