BARCELONA MENTORING PROGRAMME

Support programme for business people by managers and executives who are leaders in their sector and have a recognised track record.

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?

The Barcelona Mentoring Programme is an initiative promoted by Barcelona City Council, through Barcelona Activa, which aims to provide advice to a small, select group of companies and start-ups from leading managers and executives in their sector with a proven track record in multinationals and large consulting firms, following the methodology and validation of MIT's Venture Mentoring Service.

Throughout the eight-month programme, there will be six meetings where each entrepreneur will meet with three mentors to discuss concerns and challenges in strategic areas such as sales, internationalisation, internal organisation, etc.

Some of the mentors participating in the programme are Cinta Lacasa, Ernest Pérez-Mas, Isabel Grifoll, José María Vilas, Santiago Oller, Gonzalo Serrano, Cristina Puigdellívol, Ignacio Feliu, Pablo Gispert, Toni Rúbies, Sílvia Escudé, Jordi Tarragona...

The aim of the programme is to increase and strengthen the business fabric and promote the acceleration of new companies in the city that generate jobs.
