DIES INNOBA #2 THE ATTRACTION AND RETENTION OF TALENT

The change in the work-life paradigm, generational changes and organizational models mean that companies and entities face challenges to attract and retain talent and, specifically, for ESS companies, this is one of the main challenges. Increasingly, organizations must establish strategies that put the needs of working people at the center, rethink selection processes to attract certain profiles and implement innovative tools and strategies. What do we mean when we talk about talent? What singularities does the ESS present in talent retention? What kind of talent do you
capture? What are the strategies and tools used to attract talent on the one hand, and, on the other, to retain it?

The DiesInnoBA that opened in 2024 have focused on answering these questions, generating a joint reflection between social economy organizations, companies and third sector organizations.
