Barcelona Activa relaunches the specialized advice service for organisations and projects operating within the care sector with Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) values. This specialized service has an expert team with specific knowledge on this sector. 

 

Who is addressed to?

• Non-established projects, within their design or initial phases,  and that will operate in the care sector with social and/or environmental positive impact.
• Already established organisations in the care sector that wish to consult on some specific area: business strategy, marketing, internal governance, communication and marketing, etc.
• Mature or consolidating projects or organisations operating in the SSE and care sector, which are transforming. Examples: strategic redefinition, improvement of sustainability, adaptation to new scenarios, socio-economic innovation processes, opening new business lines.

 

What is offered?

• Initial diagnosis.
• Individualized accompaniment following a consensuated work plan.
• Accompaniment in the implementation of the business model for entrepreneurial projects (business model, financial plan, communication strategy, legal format, etc.).
• Priorization of crucial areas for established organisations in: business model, internal governance, economic sustainability, marketing, research funding, etc.
• Resolution of doubts regarding your project.

 

How to book and advice session? 

In order to request a session, please send an email to assessoramentsectors@barcelonactiva.cat explaining why would you like to request the specialized advice service on the care sector: 

• Name of the project/organization
• Sector of operation. 
• Name and surname, and contact phone.

Once the application has been received, the Barcelona Activa team will be in contact in order to conduct a brief initial interview.
