TRAINING FOR ORGANISATIONS IN THE SOCIAL AND COOPERATIVE ECONOMY
Barcelona Activa offers a set of short-term training capsules created with the goal of providing tools for SCE businesses and organisations and anyone who wants to focus on generating positive environmental and social impacts and more democratic organisational models. They are carried out in both single and multiple sessions (lasting more than one day or session) and combining face-to-face sessions with virtual sessions.
We are also pleased to offer online training in mooc format, where you can learn more about SCE on your own and at your own pace.

Our training programmes are organised into six categories:

Each category contains the following content:
- Economic and financial management, and feasibility: This offers introductory activities and activities to learn more about different practical tools related to internal democracy, the implementation of equality plans and co-creation and impact assessment processes.
- Strategic planning, challenges and trends: This includes activities to promote knowledge of the SSE and growth strategies for SSE organisations.
- Gender equality: This provides training on incorporating gender perspectives into organisations, through tools for designing and implementing equality plans, preventing gender-based violence and promoting feminist organisational cultures.
- Communication and marketing: This includes training to promote practical tools for strengthening communication and marketing of SSE companies and organisations.
- Governance and leadership: This offers activities that showcase different leadership models, decision-making processes and democratic and co-responsible governance structures.
- Digitalisation: This includes activities for the comprehensive digitalisation of SSE organisations and to promote their consolidation and growth.
