TRAINING FOR ORGANISATIONS IN THE SOCIAL AND COOPERATIVE ECONOMY
Barcelona Activa offers a set of short-term training capsules created with the goal of providing tools for SCE businesses and organisations and anyone who wants to focus on generating positive environmental and social impacts and more democratic organisational models. They are carried out in both single and multiple sessions (lasting more than one day or session) and combining face-to-face sessions with virtual sessions.
We are also pleased to offer online training in mooc format, where you can learn more about SCE on your own and at your own pace.
Our training programmes are organised into four categories:
TRAINING WITH OPEN SESSIONS

Each category contains the following content:
- Communication tools and strategies: This includes training to promote practical tools for strengthening the communication of companies and organisations in the Social and Cooperative Economy (SCE).
- Economic and financial management, and feasibility: This offers introductory activities and activities to learn more about different practical tools related to internal democracy, the implementation of equality plans and co-creation and impact assessment processes.
- Strategic planning and trends in SCE: This includes activities to promote knowledge of the SCE and growth strategies for SCE organizations.
- Training programme for public tenders, public procurement and SCE: This is focused on understanding the public procurement procedure and the conditions for submitting bids and processing public tenders.
You will also find in-person training materials on equality issues within the category "Equality and Time Management" in the searching enging for courses.
All training programmes are scheduled each quarter and take into account the needs of technicians and the requests of the people participating in our training programmes.
