The Camí de la Solidesa seeks to help organizations already established within the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) to consolidate. We emphasize support through individualized advice and training to provide the necessary instruments to address their current context.

In this programme we have an impact on the strategy and the improvement of processes, always taking into account gender mainstreaming.

The chosen initiatives will work throughout the program on a concrete strengthening project that will seek to respond to specific needs identified at the start of the program in an analysis with an expert consultant. Participants from previous editions have worked on, among others:

  • A strategic plan
  • A new socioeconomic activity line
  • An improvement on organization management tools or skills
  • The organization's legal transformation
  • A communication plan.

¿WHAT ARE THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROGRAM?

The Camí de la Solidesa is a program for women that aims to help strengthen and consolidate companies and entities in the SSE of Barcelona and its metropolitan area.

The program seeks to support SSE initiatives led or managed by women who want to improve their management and organization, as well as SSE organisations that want to train women in leadership positions.

In this programme we help organisations face their current context through strategy and improving management and processes, all from a global and inclusive perspective that puts people in the centre.

How do you do that?

  • Training yourselves.
    • During the program you will have training sessions and workshops that will provide you with knowledge and resources regarding the sustainability of your organisations, marketing strategies and techniques or the development of managerial and leadership skills, such as decision making, people care or conflict management. Further below you will find information about the training route.
  • Sharing experiences.
    • The training and non-mixed learning space promotes the sorority and mutual learning of participants, without losing sight of the background to the Way of Solidarity. In addition, in Barcelona Activa we provide spaces during the programme where you can share experiences, receive advice and support from the other female partners and experts in the field.
  • Getting advice individually by an expert .
The Camí de la Solidesa has a buffer of hours for individualized accompanying (10h). From Barcelona Activa, we know the difficulties that many of the organisations have in hiring a consultant for accompaniment. Therefore, we offer personalised support for the duration of the program.

The training itinerary has specific, trunk sessions and workshops, both in-person (InnoBA Ca n'Andalet, Barcelona), and online, always taught in morning hours. In Barcelona Activa we want to boost your knowledge and training regarding the management of organisations and teams from the SSE perspective.

What about when it finishes?

Once the program is complete, if required, a tripartite meeting will take place with: the expert from the SAESS service, the staff of the program and yourself. If necessary, the accompaniment can be continued with the support of the specialized advisory service in SSE from Barcelona Activa.
